FUTO MATRICULATES 4,841 FRESHERS
They federal university of technology owerri, IMO state today being the 6th day of march held her 38th matriculation ceremony today,admitting a total number of 4,841 freshmen and women.
The admitted number of students were based on approved quota by national universities commission (NUC) having it instructive that over11,00 candidates participated in the university POST_ UTME apptitude test.

   
              FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC NEKEDE                                 MATRICULATES NEW STUDENTS

The management of federal polytechnic Needed under the chairmanship of Engineer. Doctor. Michael Arimanwa today 4the of march 2020 at about 12.00am matriculates new students at the school stadium.
 The 42nd Matriculation ceremony started with a procession from management staff headed by Rector, SUG Officials , Council of Royal Fathers and Poly Models and students matriculating
 An opening prayer was said by Rev father Onwumere after the procession.
The ceremony was declared open by the Rector at 11.44am without three thousand students present.
The Rector went further to give a welcome address to the students. He advised students to strategize ways to read rather than playing with their time.
He also advised students to abstain from cohabitation as it is sinful to both man and God.
Doctor Arimanwa ended his speech with a proverb which states that "To teach a person how to fish is very much better than to give the person fish to eat". He charged the students to uphold patience and be determined to survive.
The event further went with an oat of studentship taking by the new students. It was a thing of jubilation .

  On Wednesday been 4th of March was Federal Polytechnic Nekede Matriculation.
   I encountered some challenges having other makeup artist from off campus compete with me.
They were like about four in number . Having being the only makeup artist in the hostel was not so easy for me cause majority knew me and was waiting patiently for my touch .
 I had to reduce my price so as to get more customers than the other makeup artists whose prices are more . I was lucky enough to be fast as to unable my clients leave for their matriculation procession .

EASY STEPS ON HOW TO APPLY AN EYE SHADOW

Firstly you have to go in with an eye shadow brush and a blending brush.
   You have to go in with you transition colour or you can call it a matte shadow.
But before then the eye is divided into three segments which is ;
The eyebrow bone
The eye crease
The eye lid
     Eyeshadow application is usually applied at the eye crease which is located at the middle of the eye and it is applied in a swipe like motion from the outer corner to the inner corner. Giving your client the shadow that suits her face.

Firstly prime your natural eyebrows with a primer to make your brows look defined.
     Secondly, use a brown eye pencil to crave out the shape of brow you desire.
In concealing your eyebrow, use a concealer two shades lighter than your skin colour. For the under of the brow, use your foundation colour to conceal the top brow. Then blend out the concealer with a blending brush.
Lastly we have different kinds of eyebrows. Eyebrows are drawn in different shapes.
